Evolute Institute runs its “EvoSHIFT” program as a 12-week arc: three weeks of virtual preparation (group and individual sessions), a 4-day residential retreat at Centrum Athanor in the Netherlands, and around eight weeks of structured virtual integration. Groups are 6–10 participants supported by 4–5 facilitators — a stated ratio of roughly 1:2 — with a team the operator describes as including psychologists, psychiatrists, medical doctors and psycho-spiritual guides, among them MAPS-certified facilitators. The program is held in English, with several other languages available for one-on-one sessions. Founded in 2022 by Dr Dmitrij Achelrod and Christopher Kabakis, the institute’s programs are oriented toward personal and leadership development and have been covered by European outlets including Der Spiegel and Manager Magazin.

The operator states that admission involves written and verbal medical screening with a medical doctor or psychiatrist, that not all applicants are accepted, and that a medical doctor remains on-site during ceremonies. On legality, its materials state that while psilocybin mushrooms are restricted in the Netherlands, the truffle (sclerotia) form remains legal to possess and consume there, and that all retreats are held within that Dutch legal framework.
