Holotropic Sydney

Holotropic Sydney runs non-residential weekend Holotropic Breathwork workshops in Sydney, with the next listed workshop scheduled for 7–8 November 2026 at a Strathfield location, run as a “double” format across both days. The group also lists five-day retreats, with one facilitator conducting retreats in Tasmania.

Three facilitators are named on the site: Lila Pesa, described as an integrally trained transpersonal psychotherapist specialising in trauma recovery with 13 years’ experience; Vicky Nicholson, who the site states supports Grof Transpersonal Training’s programs in Australia and the US; and Nikita Pochuev.
