Melbourne Breathwork is a small team of facilitators running substance-free group breathwork workshops in the Holotropic Breathwork tradition developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof, with facilitators trained through Holotropic Breathwork International (Grof Transpersonal Training). Formats include one-day workshops at its Thornbury base in Melbourne’s north, two-day residential workshops, men’s circles, and sessions in Lorne, with 2026 dates published for Melbourne (August, October, December) and a two-day residential in Perth (September).
The team also offers post-workshop integration sessions through affiliated practitioners, including the Wild Heart Psychotherapy practice, and is connected to the CPACT (Certificate of Psychedelic and Contemplative Therapies) training program run with the Anam Cara Centre.
The one-day Men’s Holotropic Breathwork Day workshop (January 2026) is published at $295 full price / $265 concession.
